Terms of Service
Guidelines and rules governing the use of the FLAVE sportswear platform. Last updated: June 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the FLAVE AI Design Studio, deploying storefronts, or purchasing/manufacturing sportswear through our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
2. Platform & Account Use
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your FLAVE account and for all actions taken under your account. You agree not to upload design content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or violates any laws.
3. Custom On-Demand Manufacturing
FLAVE coordinates with regional production hubs to fabricate sportswear on demand. Once custom production is initiated, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Quality issues or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the intellectual property (designs, logos, graphics) that you upload or describe to generate designs. FLAVE retains all rights to the underlying AI engines, software platform, templates, and systems.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
